Young or old, fit or new to working out  - Megaformer Light is a great intro class to anyone new to the Megaformer or if you just want to have a little more time in between movements. 

The Megaformer Light class is also the ideal workout to keep strong and healthy while being pregnant. Post pregnancy it is also a great start to your fitness regimen before continuing with the regular classes. Our experienced trainers will give you proper guidance and exercises safe to your pregnant body or after given birth, and as always at BE.CORE you work out on a individual basis together in a group setting.
