Yes you can! First, register your details on our website to create an account. It doesn’t cost anything and only takes a few minutes. Then, purchase credits. Once you have credits on your account you can book classes. Welcome!

Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice. Please visit the class schedule for updates. We do our very best to minimize cancelling classes due to illness or unforeseen events, but sometimes we need to change instructors for the class to happen. We understand you may have a favorite trainer, but instructor change is never due a credit refund.

For hygienic reasons and your safety, socks with grip are required for all classes except BeatCycle. Socks are available for purchase at the studio, as well as rentals!

No problem! We have a 12 hour class cancellation policy. That means you can cancel up to 12 hours before the class start time and the class will be credited back to your account. If you need to cancel a reservation, log in to your account, go to My Info, click My Schedule and click Cancel next to the class time. If you have trouble cancelling or have any questions, email the studio but please note only early cancellations online or in app is valid for credit refund.

If you are using a credit package or single credit you will lose your class credit.

We are sorry, but we do not offer refunds. If you need to cancel less than 12 hours before the class start time, you will lose the class credit. No shows are never refunded, and late cancellations need a valid doctor’s note to get refunded.

Absolutely! Just click ”Make reservation for someone else” when booking a class, and add your friend’s full name and a spot will be reserved for him/her on your credits.

Classes cannot be switched less than 12 hours in advance of the start of class. However, if you have made a late cancellation of your original booking you may show up as a walk-in for another class that same day. If a spot is available, it’s yours! But don’t forget to cancel that other class.

If a class you’d like to take is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. In order to do so, you must purchase credits. If you do not get a spot in the class, the class credit will be returned to your account. If a spot opens, you will be added to the class and receive an email confirmation. 

To check your waitlist status, log in to your account, select My Info and click My Schedule. If you got into the class it may say “WAITLIST UNCONFIRMED” or “WAITLIST CONFIRMED”, either way you have a spot. If you do not want this class, be sure to remove yourself from the waitlist or cancel your reservation.

All classes have a 12 hour cancellation policy, so if you’re added to a class from the waitlist at the last minute (but more than 12 hours before the start of class), be aware the 12 hour cancellation still applies. If you no longer want a spot in the class, you will need to remove yourself from the waitlist at least 12 hours in advance of the class. If you are added to the class and fail to remove yourself in time, you will lose the class credit.

You terminate your membership online. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Go to Mindbody Client Login.
  2. Sign in by selecting the “My Info” tab.
  3. Click on “Account” in the upper right corner.
  4. On the Account Balance screen, locate the contract you wish to cancel and click the “Terminate” link next to it.
  5. Confirm the termination by clicking “OK” on the popup.
  6. Please be aware the termination is effective immediately, any unbooked classes left for the month will be unavailable.
