Frequently asked questions

BOOKING & CANCELLATION 

How far in advance can I book a class?

Classes open for booking 14 days in advance. Corporate clients may have extended booking windows.

Can I book classes outside of my current membership month?

You can only book classes that fall within your current, paid membership period. Once your next month renews, new credits will be added and bookings for that period will open automatically. 

Why do I need to have a registered payment card?

A valid card needs to be registered in order to use the app smoothly – for purchases, bookings, and to access all functions. We never make any charges that you haven’t approved.

What if I need to cancel my class?

 You can cancel up to 12 hours before class to keep your credit. Late cancellations (under 12h) result in a lost credit. No-shows result in a lost credit + 150 SEK fee for members. 

Please note that all cancellations and late cancellations must be made online or in the app, not by email.

Can I change my class less than 12 hours before start?

Unfortunately not. But if you late-cancel, you can drop into another class the same day (if there’s space available). Just check in with Front of House.

What happens if I arrive late? 
  • BeatCycle: For safety reasons, no late entry once class has started.

  • Megaformer / Mat: Up to 5 minutes late is okay, if your spot hasn’t been given to a waitlisted client.

MEMBERSHIP

How does the membership work?
  • Your membership starts on the day you sign up and renews automatically each month. New credits are added at every renewal date.

What are the booking limits for members?

You can book 1 class per day, with the following weekly limits:

  • 2 Megaformer classes

  • 2 Mat classes

  • 7 BeatCycle classes

If you’d like to attend more classes in a certain week, just email info@becore.se and we’ll help you book manually.

Can I pause my membership?

Memberships can’t be paused or frozen. Exceptions apply for pregnancy, illness or injury with a valid doctor’s note.

How do I cancel my membership?

Terminate your membership in writing, via our contact form on the website. The notice period is your current month + one full additional month. Example: If you cancel on April 15th and your renewal date is the 14th, your membership ends June 13th. 

Can I share my membership or credits?

Memberships are personal. Credit packs can be shared with one household member. Members can also invite a friend with 25% off a single credit.

What applies for students? 

Students with a valid Mecenat card receive 20% off all our memberships, credits and courses. To activate the discount, email a picture of your Mecenat card along with what you’d like to purchase to info@becore.se, and we’ll set it up for you manually. 

WAITLISTS

How does the waitlist work?

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens more than 12 hours
before class
, you’ll be added automatically and notified by email. Within 12 hours of class, waitlists are managed
manually in-studio — first come, first served. Any spots that open due to late cancellations (within 12 hours) become available for booking online or in the app.

Tip: Always check your email and spam folder, and make sure to add BECORE to your safe senders list!

CREDITS, COURSES & FRISKVÅRD

How long are credits valid?
  • Single credit: 1 month

  • 5-pack: 3 months

  • 10-pack: 3 months

  • 20-pack: 6 months

Can I extend credits?

Only with a valid medical certificate (illness, injury, or pregnancy). Email your certificate
to info@becore.se for assistance.

Do you accept wellness benefits (friskvård)?

Yes! We accept Benify, Epassi & Wellnet for credits, courses,
and memberships (6–12 month packages). Processing may take up to 48 hours.

Intro Courses Our Intro Courses must be purchased before booking. Once you’ve purchased your spot, you’ll
automatically get access to book your course sessions.

PRODUCTS, SOCKS & BOUTIQUE

Do I need grip socks?

Yes — grip socks are required for Megaformer and Mat classes for hygiene and safety.
You can buy or rent them at the studio.

Can I return or exchange products?
  • Returns: Managed online only(not in-studio), within 14 days of purchase.
  • Exchanges: Allowed for unopened items (size or color). Bring your receipt or proof of purchase.
Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! Both digital and physical gift cards are available. Digital cards can be purchased
online.

IN-STUDIO EXPERIENCE

What should I bring?

Just yourself, grip socks and water! We provide fresh towels, cycling shoes, lockers, and Sachajuan products.

Can I use the studio facilities without taking a class?

No. For safety and security, our spaces are reserved for clients attending a class.

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely! Go to our website (this can´t be done in the app). Click on Book Class in the top right corner, then click the link in the text under the headline on that page to book for a friend.

Need to change your name or email on your Mindbody account?

Follow this link and update your profile details directly.

OTHER COMMON QUESTIONS

Why was the instructor changed?

Sometimes last-minute changes are necessary due to illness or scheduling. We don’t guarantee specific instructors, but we’ll always ensure you get a great class.

What happens if a class is cancelled by Becore?

You’ll automatically receive your credit back. If the cancellation happens last minute, we’ll always notify you via email or text.

Do you offer private or corporate classes?

Yes! We offer private sessions, corporate bookings, and intro courses. Contact info@becore.se for details.
