Barre
Barre is a graceful yet powerful full-body workout inspired by ballet, Pilates and yoga. Using a mix of bodyweight exercises, light weights, sliders, mini balls and resistance bands, each class blends precision and endurance to sculpt long, lean and balanced strength.
Through tiny, controlled movements and high repetitions, you’ll awaken every muscle -building tone, stability and mobility in a way that feels both refined and deeply challenging. Set to energizing music (with no dance experience required), our Barre class delivers that signature pulse, sweat, and burn - leaving you strong, aligned and completely empowered.

Yoga
Our Yoga classes are a harmonious blend of strength, flow and restoration - designed to energize the body and calm the mind. Each session begins with dynamic movement and powerful asanas, building strength in the legs, back, arms, and core while creating balance and stability from within.
Our Yin Yoga classes are for deep release and meditative relaxation. These long, restorative stretches activate the parasympathetic nervous system, easing tension, opening the hips and restoring energy flow throughout the body. Grounded in the philosophy of yin and yang - effort and ease, strength and stillness - our Yin Yoga class offers a complete mind-body experience that leaves you feeling centered, renewed and rebalanced.

Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is a precision-based, full-body practice that strengthens your core, refines your posture and enhances overall flexibility. Using your own body weight and thoughtfully selected props, each class flows through controlled, intentional movements that build stability, tone and graceful strength.
Rooted in mindful breath and proper alignment, this practice awakens deep core muscles and restores balance to both body and mind. The result is a feeling of strength, length, and effortless energy - a foundation for every other movement in life. Perfect for all levels.
