ABOUT BEHNAZ NORIAN
Behnaz Norian is a physiotherapist with a master’s degree in sports medicine, movement science and pelvic health. She is also a certified Pilates instructor in both mat and reformer. With a clinical background in rehabilitation and women’s health, Behnaz brings the knowledge, experience and care that postpartum recovery deserves.
 Behnaz approach is grounded in evidence-based practice rather than trends, with a strong focus on understanding how the body moves, heals, and regains strength after pregnancy and birth. Through this course, Behnaz will guide you through every stage of your postpartum journey, providing expert support, practical tools and a safe progression tailored to where you are in your recovery.
