Whether you’re new to BeatCycle or an experienced rider looking to refine your technique, this workshop is for you.

During this 60-minute BeatCycle Technique Workshop, you’ll build a strong foundation and deepen your understanding of the method. With a focus on technique, position, and rhythm, you’ll gain the tools to move with more control, ease and intention on the bike.

You’ll then bring it all together in a guided ride, allowing you to explore the method in a more supported and conscious way. We finish with a mingle with shakes and time for questions.

You’ll leave feeling more confident, comfortable, and ready to get even more out of your BeatCycle classes.
