Goals:
To maintain strength and definition through the winter months, with a focus on building the upper body and core, while keeping a balanced and sustainable energy level.
Consistency is key to living healthily — learning what your body needs and understanding your own patterns have truly taken my workouts to the next level.
Monday – 07:00 Megaformer
Starting the week with intentional movement and one of my all-time favorite workouts.
The Megaformer was my gateway into the way I train today — with passion, challenge, and music that fuels me. It reminds me why I love what I do and sets the tone for the week with powerful energy and purpose.
Tuesday – 11:00 Barre
Barre has been one of my most exciting discoveries in my training routine.
I first tried it back in 2018, and quickly fell in love with how it merges strength, grace, and precision. Barre has taught me incredible body awareness — understanding how even a millimeter in alignment can completely change your results. It’s all about control, connection, and those satisfying, shaking muscles.
Wednesday – 07:00 Megaformer or Barre
Midweek is all about consistency.
It’s the halfway point — you’ve come far, but there’s more to go.
This is my “lock it in” day: stay present, stay focused, and keep the momentum strong.
Thursday – 17:15 BeatCycle
I absolutely love BeatCycle. It’s the perfect energy boost to carry me through the week.
Cycling to the rhythm, letting the music guide my movement, and getting my heart rate up feels freeing and empowering. By Thursday, you already have three workouts in your system — this one reignites your drive and gives you that extra spark of motivation and endorphins.
Friday – 08:00 Megaformer
Finishing the week with intention and a bit of extra challenge.
I like to increase resistance — for example, adding a yellow spring during shoulder presses — to really push my strength limits. Bringing awareness to your goals during your workout deepens not only your results but also your sense of joy and purpose.
When you understand why you train, your motivation and consistency last far longer than you ever expect.
