SCULPT: STRENGTH, FLOW AND CONTROL
Sculpt is a full-body strength class designed to build strength, muscular endurance and control through intentional, progressive movement. The mat-based class creates a grounded and focused training experience, bringing a more strength-driven approach to the mat while complementing our other methods at Becore. The result is a powerful and enduring form of strength that adds a new dimension to your overall training routine.
MOVEMENT WITH PURPOSE
Sculpt is built around continuous movement and a strong sense of flow. Movements are intentionally connected and transition seamlessly into one another. This keeps the body engaged throughout the class, maintains a steady training intensity and creates a more immersive, cohesive experience.
Using moderate to heavier weights, Sculpt is designed to create a strong muscular stimulus while maintaining precision and good technique throughout the class. Intensity is created through resistance, time under tension and thoughtful progression, allowing each movement to feel purposeful and challenging.
STRENGTH MEETS ENDURANCE
The class combines compound movements, where several muscle groups work together at the same time, with targeted strength exercises and isometric holds that challenge the muscles to maintain tension and stability. The cardiovascular demand typically sits around heart rate zones 2–3, creating a steady aerobic challenge while strength and muscular endurance remain the primary focus.
Expect an athletic, controlled and carefully programmed class where strength, flow and precision come together to challenge the whole body.
