Preparing Your At-Home Setup
Creating a simple workout space at home (or wherever you are) can make a huge difference in staying motivated.
You don’t need a full gym setup - just a small open area and a few carefully selected props to recreate the studio experience. Check out our props here.
We recommend having:
- Resistance bands
- Pilates balls
- Sliders
- Light weights 1-2 KG
- Ankle weights
- Yoga mats
- Blocks
To make things easy, we offer studio-approved props and equipment so you can train with the same tools we use in class. Having the right setup helps you get the most out of your workouts while keeping the experience consistent and effective.
